NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF COMPUTER AND MANAGEMENT  has been launched  on 6th April 1994  keeping its Register Head Office  at  Dergaon, Dist. Golaghat, Assam,India.  

One of the objectives of the society is to establish,conduct and manage all types of  Educational,Library,Auditarium, Social and Cultural Hall,Community Hall ,Sports and Stadium, Youth Development Ccenter  and other Charitable activities for all cast and religions and including both  sex.

To remove the illiteracy in general  education along with computer  education and to inspire the new generation to acquire ability and educate proficiency in advance knowledge of general education,skill development   training and computer application and to compete equally with professionals from other part of the country  .

To encourage local youth to be self-employed and to help in solving the national problem unemployment with the object of maintaing national peace , harmony  and integrity 

This society  will provide computer and various types of job-oriented vocational  & skill development   training programme as well as education convennientely to the people  of  locatity whose propensity to  earn  computer and various  types of vocational  training  as well as education .Also this society is to  provide  various types of social welfare programmes for  all.

 One of the sailent objectives of this society is to generate employment avenue to the unemployee youth and trained manpower in this direction. Moreover, it will  act  the scope for self employment to the trained person.

Another objective of this society is to provide all types of  welfare facilities  specially to women and children of the country.

One of the objective of this society  is to provide special computer  education and various types of welfare programme (both men, women and children)  facilities to   backward classes, minorities, scheduled cast &  scheduled tribes  and society also provide various  types of welfare programme for  older persons, women and girls  (i.e. free health care, free accomodation, free nutration  etc.),  free  mobile medical treatment in rural areas  of  this country.

 To promote the all-round development of the personality of the trainees of this society  co-curricular activities will be provided per with the provision of the concerned organisation as far  as practicable.

To publish books, charts , illustration, journals, magazines, newsletter paper and other publication on the different subject and in different language for the promotion of above aims and objects of the above society.

Another objective of this society is that fund of this society is to utilise for payment of   employees,rent of the office,  development of  the institute and student welfare scheme  (i.e. economically poor and handicapped students), different types of  on  going social  welfare programme and office utensil  also.
